Bojangles

Food was not fresh. Cold chicken, burned biscuits, out of cole slaw. Indifferent staff. Will not be going back.

Prices have gone up but food still good

Ordered placed on door dash. I am messaging with the dasher who is still waiting for my order to be made. It’s been over 30 mins and she’s still waiting. They told her to go through the drive through and then told her to pull up and she’s still waiting on my food. I tried to call and of course no answer.

No boberry biscuits, sausage egg an cheese biscuits gressy, cold borounds...

IF I COULD DO NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. THEY MESS UP THE ORDER EVERY TIME I GO. FOOD QUALITY IS ALWAYS POOR. WILL NOT COME BACK.

Dirty, very slow workers,bad customer service

1st time this year we try to switch trom McDonald's to bojangles and what bad experience could coffee,long faces like we are asking for free food,people in drive thru with bad attitude when you ask for anything that they forgot to complete your order,hopefully they change to a better customer service next time
