Waited 20 minutes in drive through to order, once I was to the speaker I had to repeat myself 4 time on what I wanted. The girl continued to say I don’t know what you’re saying. Finally she said to pull up to window and order. We waited 15 more minutes without moving. I decided to park and go inside. Once I got inside I was the only person in line in and had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come take my order. No one came. I finally asked if someone could take my order. Another girl looked at me and said “you’re just going to have to wait.” I told her how long I had been outside and then inside just trying to place an order. Her response was the same “ you’re just going to have to wait. She was rude and everyone in there were just standing around. There were not many cars in line either. I was disappointed to I left and went to another bojangles where they took my order, I paid, and got my food in less than 10 minutes.
I walked into the establishment to place an order and the floor was a mess - dried up soda stains, trash on the floors and on a table. Employees were chatting away ignoring that I was even there even though they saw me. After a few minutes someone finally asked if I wanted to place an order. Then she said they were out of sweet tee and chicken wings and only took cash. I just left and went to Publix instead. I’ll never come to this GHETTO Bojangles again.
The afternoon of February 24th, I pulled up in the drive-thru and an employee spoke over the speaker that “we currently aren’t serving food right now. The screen went down and they’ve been waiting a while for it to come back up. The employee then sarcastically said, ‘have a good day!’ As I drove off, I noticed two cars waiting in the drive-thru with one actually at the window. I know restaurants can experience technical glitches but I thought this was a strange occurrence. Prior to this incident, I never had an issue at this location.
The employees are very rude and nonchalant good chance that your food could be could and the seira mist is just carbonated water
This is the first Bojangles where there was no food on the front line, no tea on the floor and the drink machine was empty of every flavor. There were no trays or plates for food, the napkins were empty and the trashcan was overflowing onto the floor. Many of the staff were standing around doing nothing. Unbelievable!

How are you Bojangles but NEVER have/serve chicken?!?! I have been there over 6 times the past month in an attempt to order chicken around the time frame of 6-8 and they NEVER have it. Customer service is awful. They also yell at you at 7pm when you walk in the dining room saying the dining area is closed when the doors are open/unlocked. Management needs to step in asap this is ridiculous.
I’d give it 0 stars but that isn’t an option. I sat the ordering speaker in the drive thru for an additional 15min after being addressed. I left because during that wait time, there was no check in or progress with the cars ahead of me. This isn’t the first time or third time I’m sad to say. They need a new crew or just keep the teenagers out of this location or simply shutdown unless they enjoy paying employees to lounge at work.
