Bojangles

Went to the drive thru. They forgot to make our order. After we waited for several minutes they asked us to pull up so they could make it. Then we got our food and the chicken sandwiches were old and rubbery, the fries were cold, and we were never given any straws. Don't go here. It's terrible. Waste of $25

The food was great as always. The service was passable, but the individuals worki g were not very engaged, or polite. They did serve, take the order and give the food, ut there was no greeting past "what do you want", and "here". The inside looked clean, well maintained, and as mentioned before, the food was great. If the service was as good as the food, it would have been 5 stars all around.

This place is so pathetic and pitiful. Boyfriend has given you all too many chances and after so many as of this morning is through. He keeps coming there early in the morning for breakfast asking for breakfast specifically on a B-U-N and sweet tea and lemon which you all are so quich to say you don't have and this morning he came in to see if you could get it right. Well, of course not. He get to work and sees his sandwich is not on a bun and is on a hard biscuit and his bo-rounds are old and cold and of course don't have a lemon is his tea. Geesh! What is up?! It simply says what he wants on the dang receipt?! He pays for what he wants so why can't you all give him what he ask for?! If you don't like your job and customer service find another freaking job!! Go back to h-e-l-!!!! where you came from!

This place should just do everyone a favor and close.no service no food no concept of customer service.not that anyone there would understand that. REALLY
