Perfect timing

We stopped to dine in about 8 pm on Thursday. Ordered a snack box with dark meat. They gave me white meat and no plastic ware to eat my rice and beans with. They say they didn't have any forks. They dining area was cold so we left and ate at McDonald's. I won't go back to this place ever.

DO NOT COME HERE.. this place is awful…the male manager and staff are incredibly rude. terrible service, food was old, cold and my order was completely wrong. don’t even bother

ordered uber eats from this place and 2 drivers tried to get the food and i guess they wouldn’t give them the food so i came up here myself a few minutes before closing and they still wouldn’t give me my food or attempt to help me get a refund or my food and as i was leaving i could see 4 of them in the drive thru window looking at me laughing. sick world we live in. seriously do not come to this place lol its awful im in shock and it’s kind of funny. i’ve never left a review at any establishment in my life before now

I ordered from door dash twice in the same day first time they said they weren't serving chicken until 10:30a.m. and the second time they said their fryer blew up so they couldn't cook any chicken. I am wondering why is a chicken place open if you can't service chicken? Is their anyone coming out to check your equipment? This was for an event and now I have to search elsewhere. I really think they were being lazy, this is why I go to the good areas for food. I am definitely contacting corporate.

Food is pretty good when you finally get it. Not the fastest service if you're in a hurry to work.

I love their chicken supremes, when they get the order right. Not every time but often enough, they don’t pay attention. The line is long and they never use their second window. I think that would help the line but I also understand they may close it due to short staff… can’t miss with good food though
