Bojangles

Absolute worse I’ve ever been to. Waited 10 minutes for food and it was a disaster. Get some decent employees for god sake.

Don’t give this place your business. There are some really sore, sorry ass people that are employed here. Came through the drive-thru today around 1 pm. Ordered bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo with orange juice, chicken biscuit, and two sausage Bo-berry biscuits with sweet tea. Drive thru speaker said they were out of Bo rounds, were fries okay? I said yes and pulled up. They handed me everything except the orange juice and I said I was missing it. She said they were out of orange juice, I said okay nobody told me that, can I get something else then? She tried to say no because I didn’t get charged for an orange juice, but I got charged for the combo which comes with a drink. She didn’t want to give me a drink, and had a terrible attitude, which is worse because it seemed like she was a manager. So I said okay forget your drink and went next door to Dunkin. We go to eat the food and the Bo-berry biscuits were missing the sausage and were covered in icing. The chicken biscuit was a Cajun filet biscuit, which is not what I ordered nor wanted. And both my biscuits were smushed all to hell and crumbling apart. So to recap: terrible attitude from employees, food was mishandled, and everything was wrong and/or missing. My visits to this Bojangles are few and far between because every time I give this place another chance it disappoints over and over. People should stop coming here so something better can be opened in its place.

We had a great experience. Manager was super nice and professional. She understands the importance of giving great customer service. We will be back.

I always Loved Bojangles but this location had definitely made me change my mind. I’ve stopped by this bojangles location a couple times for breakfast to grab a Cajun filet biscuit, not even a combo, and every time the price has been completely different. The employees are just charging people whatever they want. One day it’s 6 dollars and then it’s 4 and some change the next. And this last time I went I got charged for a honey mustard. And no where on the drive thru menu it says it cost for sauce. I could see charging If I was purchasing multiple but one sauce is kinda aggravating. I’ve been to other locations and never been charged for a sauce. The employee told be the only item on that menu that doesn’t get charged for it are supremes and that a not a breakfast item.

Food was amazing. Service was great, and the store was clean.

Placed order at 7:38 in drive thru. Did not have bone in chicken. Forced to order something else. Waited 26 minutes in drive thru. Went in twice to check on food and was told it was coming. Two employees in there seemed overwhelmed and not managed. The chicken I did receive was undercooked and not editable. Worst fast food experience in a long long time. Stay away from this place

Second time attempting to try this place ! Order took over 30 mins to get ! Asked me to pull up said 6 mins 20 mins later employee approached Car asked for receipt and said my previous order was giving away to a car behind me that ordered wings to so was waiting again on more wings! 10 mins later I get out car walk in and my order is just Bernese as I asked for a refund! So I wait to only get home both dinners order chicken pieces wrong and old chicken and then the wings I waited for twice was under cooked if I didn’t live 20 mins away have taken it all back! Sides where hard and dried out even the free pie he throwed in bag was over cooked ! The owners don’t care!

Hire someone! Again, I ask myself,” Why do I come back!” Once a month, this place has a constant turnover of staff.

Why is this bojangles so bad? Every review has the same experience, the owner and manager don’t care on losing business? I had sworn off this location for a year, tried again today with the same horrible experience. Tea was so gross, fries cold and old, waited over 10 minutes for chicken - y’all are a chicken place? And it’s lunch time (1pm)

The bo chicken sandwich is good and juicy but yall have to upgrade the speaker for yall can hear me and only to pickles

I frequent this restaurant, 30% if the time you don't have chicken breasts. "We don't have any Breasts right now, can you wait 15 min?" Un-acceptable. This is not off time visits. You're a "Chicken" restaurant.....serve Chicken......

I have stopped around 6:30-7:00 am roughly 4 times in the past 2 weeks .... drive through is open but doors are locked. I drive a vehicle which will not fit in a drive though. Ask guy at window and he was unapologetic and really had an attitude. So I go elsewhere for breakfast along with all my 12 other truck owning colleagues.

The service at this place is absolutely terrible. It’s been like this for a long time, half the time my orders are wrong.

Here's the problem with this place food's good people are nice but if you order more than one meal they never have the food cooked this is a place that sells chicken I've Been Told we cannot serve you 3 number 14 I've been here at least 10 times it's always the same

I had a pick up order that was supposed to be ready at 7:20. After waiting 20 minutes for them to make drive thru orders for vehicles that arrived after me I was told that they hadn't begun making the food and that they lost the order. Bad service, bad attitudes.
