I'm incredibly disappointed with the service at this specific location. Upon arrival, despite there being no tables larger than five people ahead of us, the restaurant allowed a party of 13 to jump the queue. But in the mean time, table number 46 being seated before table 39(the party of 13) despite being after #39 in the queue. The ticket system was chaotic, with no indication on the screen of any tables larger than two people when we signed up, but the server keeps saying the big party shows from their back end system. After waiting for over an hour on a Wednesday evening, not only did the management fail to apologize, but server Krystal displayed rude behavior and eye-rolling us when we questioned. And finally, we ordered LESS SUGAR for boba tea that’s 25-30% sugar when we used to dine in here. They made 70% for us and saying they do NOT offer less sugar.- 50% is the lowest sugar level. Unbelievable Overall, the experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend dining here. Avoid this location, the Chinatown one is much much better and more spacious.
The server whose name is Danwei was disrespectful and passive aggressive toward customers. He subtly belittled customers under the guise of conversing with a colleague, loud enough for them to overhear. This gave us an unwelcome and disappointing experience at Boiling Point.
