Ordered the Whiting platter and Flounder combo that includes shrimp. Not only was the shrimp missing from the order, the fries on both were old, greasy, and soggy. Unfortunately, this is the third time I’ve been over the course of three weeks and have been disappointed each time.

It has been a few years, so I dropped by to see rather it had changed or not. The last time I visited there was an 'A' on the door. Today (3/29/24) they have a grade of 'C' on the door Feeling fearless and adventurous I decided to risk it. The restaurant was clean in all the areas visible to me. The hostess was vibrant, entertaining and made helpful suggestions. The hush-puppies, fish and shrimp were left in the fryer a little longer than I prefer. I ordered the whiting combo which came with one piece of fish, coleslaw, shrimp and fries. The fries were hot and tasty and not over cooked. I have had better in the past from them, but as they go through changes I am cheering for them to come out on top.

I ordered food from uber eats. They didn't put a fry with my combo. I put grilled onions, they put none. Put no tomatoes because I'm allergic there were tomatoes. It's as if they put them on and tried to take them off. My throat began to close more towards the middle so I opened my gyro and found bits of tomatoes. I called and they told me to bring ot back at first. I..stated.i had it delivered. They said call and tell.them for.the next.time. first the young lady.told.me.to bring the food back the next day.. was I supposed to waste more money to eat when it was clearly their fault. Then when I called back about the tomatoe the guy on the phone was like you're calling back about tomatoes when you said everything else besides what I complained.about earlier was fine. I hadn't eaten my sandwich yet or have to comb thru it yet.. I had to take 2 benadryl and an asthma treatment, because my throat starting closing and I started hiving and having a headache.. This is unacceptable and could've been worse.

1) they rang up the wrong order 2) didn't wanna own up to it 3)tried to make me seem like I'm wrong for being dissatisfied 4) they kept my debit card when the staff wanted to argue with me about my tone (suggesting women in his country know their place) 5) when I advised I would call the police over my bank card then they sent a black man to talk to me in my language (cus we are both black) he was friendly and helpful so shoutout to him but the rest of the staff is trash! Don't recommend at all! All that unnecessary drama over a mistake they made train your staff better to deal with the public if you want the money for your business to succeed.
