First time visiting BOD in Alsager this morning and I was very impressed! The venue was clean, nicely decorated and had a great relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The staff were really friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We ordered from the breakfast menu and I had the gluten free BOD breakfast and a large americano. There's a great selection of both food and drinks (alcoholic, locally sourced and non-alcoholic) and the prices are great given the quality. The food was fresh, tasty and they source their produce locally which is always a plus for me and it showed through the taste and quality of the food, no frozen muck here! The coffee was also locally sourced, fresh and high quality unlike some of the better known chains Some helpful notes: The venue is dog friendly (paws on the floor) There's a free car park around the back. ⚠️ There's lots of gluten and dairy free options. ☀️ Lovely outdoor seating area at the front. ♿ There's accessible parking and ramp access. ️ They have live music on Friday nights. A great time was had and although it's not on my doorstep, I'll be visiting more often as it's well worth it's really close to a great selection of small independent and charity shops. Vegetarian options: Good selection of vegetarian and vegan options. Dietary restrictions: Good gluten and dairy free options and they are happy to cater to individual allergies or intolerances, just speak to the staff. Parking: The cark park is located around the back accessed by a small driveway just past the building. It isn't huge but there were spaces and there is accessible parking out the front. Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome in the day and they serve a Little bod breakfast and lunch menu (available til 6pm) Wheelchair accessibility: The venue has ramped access and is suitable for wheelchair users.
Very good food, good choice Excellent cakes Titanic ales, very good
Popped in for a coffee after visiting locals shops. Always a lovely vibe and nice coffee
The usual pleasant relaxing ambience prevailed in Bod Alsager.
Located in a lovely old building bod is a pleasant enough experience. Classic British brunch menu items along with modern favourites. Coffee is okay but it is quite strong but the focus here is the food and alcoholic drinks.
Great place to come and have some delicious food, cakes or just a coffee. Friendly staff. Cozy place and great location. The food was excellent and they have vegan options We had the vegan club sandwich which was a great sized portion. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Vegetarian options: Veggie and vegan options available.
Super friendly and lovely place to have a nice coffee. We loved it that they have vegan options - a small pleasure and glad to see some vegan cake too! Will definitely be coming back here
