Bob's Chicken and Seafood: Perfect for Picky Eaters! Bob's Chicken and Seafood is a gem for families with picky eaters. My kids love their crispy fried chicken and fresh fish fillets. The atmosphere is friendly, and the service is excellent. It's our go-to place for satisfying meals that everyone enjoys!

A friend told me about the place so since we're visiting them in Grand Prairie and it's only 10mins away we decided to stop by and check it out on their grand opening day 6/2 boy are we in for a delicious treat. Walking toward the front I guess they had a local car club showed up for support. We saw a Nissan Gtr R32, Dodge Viper, Lambo and a Tesla Cyber Truck.... Very cool sight. The shop isn't big probably comparable to a wingstop but it's brand new and clean and it was crowded I guess many heard of the grand opening or just near by traffic stopping by to get pickup. We ordered a bunch items since we skipped breakfast and was ready to chow down on some fried elites. We ordered gizzards, fried fish filets, wings, fried oysters, chicken skin (chicken cracklings/crackles) They're new so it took a bit to get to our orders but nothing too long out of the ordinary maybe 10mins or so? We talked to the owners a bit they're locals and been living in Grand Prairie fo years. Onto the foods.... The batter was thin not caked on like some fast food places and very crispy! The meats from the chicken combo and wings are very tender and even juicy to our surprise! A surprisingly favorite was the fried oysters! Omg... So fresh and meaty to bite into! The fish filets were large and thick cuts and okras and fries are done well not overly cooked in the fryer... Kiddo had fun Wifey was happy and I was full! A very enjoyable lunch and place to visit!

My son and I tried the fish and shrimp with fries and okra. Everything was soo good, it was a lot of food for less than $20. Better and cheaper than fast food, we will definitely be back!

Ordered the fish and shrimp combo and it was so delicious! I also got a side of fries and coleslaw which just added to the experience as they were tasty as well. Some of the best food in the area.

The food is absolutely delicious and always hot and fresh! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. You must go try out the food you won’t be disappointed!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had chicken, fish, shrimp, sweet potato fries Cajun fries, and corn nuggets. Everything was so delicious and we'll definitely be back and we will tell all of our friends!

I ordered the 2 pc fish with Cajun fries and ate there and also ordered 6 pc wings to go. The fish was seasoned and battered well. They didn’t use just Louisiana batter as it was crispier and more texture as well. The size of the fish filet was great. Without implying any innuendos they were thick and long unlike a lot of other fish filets elsewhere. Fries were standard Cajun fries. The house made spicy garlic is amazing. I also felt that the pricing was very affordable. $6.95 for 2 fish filet and a generous side of fries. I’ve spent the same or more on Starbucks or boba drinks. Will update when I get a chance to try the wings.

We had the family 10 piece dark meat chicken with mash potatoes and gravy, as well as mac & cheese. Pros: the chicken was moist and crispy. Cons: the chicken was small without flavor. The potatoes and mac & cheese were mediocre without much flavor as well. We had high hopes for this place, but will probably not return.

Discovered this place before they actually opened. The owner, "Bob", is so friendly and personable! Perfect attitude for a neighborhood business owner! The shrimp has me in a chokehold. I normally don't eat gizzards, but they were delicious and flavorful. Their homemade tartar sauce needs to be sold in stores, and the lemon pepper wings are crispy and flavorful. Fired mac and cheese was good, needs some type of chutney to break up the savoryness. The beef bombs are a genius addition to the menu, add some more seasonings, and drizzle a sauce, and I'll be addicted! I'm telling everyone about this new spot!
