Boba Time Castle 波霸時間

The girl (He-Dan, I believe she said it was) who made our drinks was incredibly kind, patient and helpful. Customer service with a smile and happily gave my partner a different drink when he found the one he ordered not to his taste at all. Really going beyond the level of service expected.

The staff is extremely rude and the two staff were communicating in mandarin. When I asked them to take my order, one of them glared at me and asked me to wait with a disdainful expression, and just continued to talk to the other staff, they kept on chatting and ignored me. I won’t go here ever again because of the bad attitude towards customers.

Boba time is probably my favourite boba place in all of Cardiff, they have more locations so it is convenient! Would highly recommend the crème brûlée or brown sugar tea! they also serve fresh bubble waffles which are amazing!

Well going in it took a long time for someone to notice me as they were busy making a group order so I waited a while before the worker noticed me after the group got their order.. then I ordered a regular warm boba taro tea and the size of the cup it came with was like a short you get from Starbucks and i was shocked as it was much small and thin size compared to cold one. For £6 really not worth it. I tried to reach out to the owner but heard nothing back! I won’t be going back there are other milk tea places in Cardiff much better than here. Please look at the photo one with black lid is warm and the other is cold both regular size one clearly much smaller!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
