Very clean boba tea shop with a friendly staff member, and the Matcha Oreo Brulée Milk Tea is delicious! My first time in here and I will definitely be returning.

I’ve had boba from here multiple times and there’s never any issue with the normal milk tea. However, on the menu it states that they offer taro treasure milk tea with taro balls as well as sago on the new menu. I’ve had the treasure milk perhaps four times now and every single time, across the span of four months, they have never had taro balls in stock which is simply false advertising. Today, me and my partner ordered the new coconut sago online, which was stated as available but they called us saying they ran out of sago when it wasn’t even close to closing and they didn’t even mark it as unavailable online, which is more false advertising. They also forgot to give us straws. If you order normal milk tea with tapioca or a normal fruit tea, it’s fine but they have serious issues with keeping necessary toppings in stock, which dilutes the perceived quality of the menu. Furthermore, if we had known that sago wasn’t available, we would never have ordered it and chosen a different store.

Toppings other than boba never in stock. This place deserves 5 stars otherwise

This is a must every time you visit Cardiff. You can choose the sugar level and the amount of ice. Delicious, authentic bubble tea.

One bad boba time! The tea is just fine, but the grass jelly tasted nothing! Didn't add anything to the flavour, and it is expensive for what you get I've never seen grass jelly floating at the top of the tea, though!
