Quick, friendly, on point! Always clean, well lit, and inviting! I love stopping by my favorite boba joint and seeing these lovely folks. And when the weather's nice, the patio is a rather nice spot to sit! Wheelchair accessibility: It has a ramp to get up. I got my chair up there decently well

Cute place with great teas! Lots of selection and flavors. The Thai milk tea and brown sugar milk tea are both delicious. The owners are kind and friendly. Been here twice already and will keep coming back!

This is the coziest place in Richmond! The tea is always perfect, the boba is a perfect texture, their bubble waffles are fluffy and balanced, and the store itself is adorable and comfortable. The shop is clean and cute. They have upstairs seating. Snow ice is so fluffy and tasty. Boba tea is a must with customizable levels of sugar or milk. The people who worked there were very nice and helpful. I only wish they had a restroom available for customers as well. If you never had snow ice or shaved ice, you should really give it a try. The place I grew up in had all sorts of toppings with snow ice. If you see one of those, get some mango snow ice with real mango. Yum! For today, we got matcha and mango (syrups) Still yum! Vegetarian options: The only question is milk. I think the snow ice typically has milk in it. The tea could be without milk upon request. Parking: Parking is tricky on Cary St. Kid-friendliness: The owner(s) are very nice to kids. My kids love coming here for drinks and sweets. There's no changing table(no restroom) Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp up. I got in with a stroller easily.
