The owner is such a lovely guy, the bubble tea is delicious and they will literally do anything they can to customise your tea to your liking, there is a veery wide range of different boba including many different popping flavours, and the shop itself is super cosy and has a good amount of seating space. The only bad thing about it is now that it's so local I end up spending more money see you guys again soon! Also edit to say the owner even gave my toddler a cup of juice free of charge just so he could have his own cup to match ours, honestly so kind

I was surprised as people have told me it's not nice but that's an opinion I suppose as I really enjoyed it

Been here a lot in the past, but noticed in these past few weeks that the customer service has gone downhill. staff stood on their phones whilst working on tills, yelling at customers, drinks being made at a poor quality, either too watery or way to sweet. asked for a bag today and was spoken to like a child. poor personal hygiene, have seen smoke coming out the back room so assuming thats not up to regulation either. workers walk around with vapes in hand. Also got served today whilst manager and a worker was in the midst of cleaning counters and placed my drinks on top of the soap. Prices for the quality and service simply doesnt seem fair anymore.
