Boba Luv

We are regulars here. They make fresh each time so expect about 15 m for your drinks. They have a large board with photos and names of about 20 different drinks so it's easy to order. Large space, comfortable to hang out. Teens seem to love it, as I see a lot. I bring my young kids in the evenings, and staff are incredibly patient with their antics. The seasonal drinks are always fun, my favorite is the magonada. Vegetarian options: It's clear what has meat on the side dishes. Same for dairy on the drinks. Dietary restrictions: They are adaptable on swaping ingrediants. Parking: Crowded but I always park nearby. Kid-friendliness: Super friendly. They have a pile of table top games to play.

I had the Taro Heaven Boba with Takoyaki. Both were so yummy. I have been looking for a place to buy hot Yakis and this is it!

Went in with a couple friends and our babies. We got a couple drinks, the spam musubi and dumplings. The drinks and food were delicious, but what really made the place shine was Mao, the young woman who helped us. She was SO sweet and kind and she answered all our questions! Thank you Mao!!!

Fantastic Boba, and even better food. The only issue with this location, however, is that they always have only a single person in the evening shift it would seem and it’s usually someone who is very clearly not well trained or a new hire. This is not at all to come at the worker, they are clearly just a child and it is not their fault. However, twice now I have come to this location in the evening shifts to try and get Boba or a food item, and I have been blatantly told that they did not know how to make more Boba or how to properly run the kitchen while they are left there alone with over an hour before the business even closes. This is clearly a management issue and you would think it would be common knowledge but Don’t leave an inexperienced minor to close by themselves when they are clearly not fully trained and new to the job. A proper manager should always have at least one tenured worker to help and supervise or be there themselves even if it is slow and a one person job. The poor worker was so flustered and all over the place being spread thin. This is one of the better boba spots in slc area and has so much potential. But this habit of theirs is a terrible look for the business.

Extremely slow. Edit - Got this review replied in 14 mins, which is four times shorter than the time I got my boba. Hope you can apply this speed to your product.

Wait 40 min to get a bubble tea, never return

I love this place it was so good it had lots of choices, and I got taro heaven, and it was sweet creamy and really good. Boba definitely recommend.

I really like the atmosphere and service at this place, I just feel that everything is too sweet. Even though I ordered with 0% sweetness it just felt sugary. Otherwise, I love it here. Dietary restrictions: Please add coconut milk.
