Bob Evans

Not worth going. There were only 2 tables seated in the entire restaurant but the service was still abysmal. We waited no less than 30 minutes for our food after ordering and only got refills if we asked for them and the empty glasses were never taken from the table so by the time we left we had 4 empty glasses. When our did come it was wrong and not edible. The fish was greasy and overseasoned, the texture was appealing. I had ordered a chick sandwich that comes with fries and honey mustard and an additional side of a CUP of potato soup but was given a chicken sandwich with no fries or honey mustard and a BOWL of soup. Waiter never came back to check and see how everything was or make sure everything was right until we were ready to go, we told him that the fish wasn't edible and he offered to take it off the bill and that he would be right back with his manager. As we were waiting for the manager the older man at the only other table in the resturant had to get up and go to the front to ask if he could order because his waitress never came back after brining his drink. We eventually had to go to the check out counter to get our bill because the waiter never came back and neither did the manager. Not really sure who the manager is because the one yelling at the rest of the staff to "use the bathroom now before I clean it and go home" who supposedly took the fish off of our bill didn't even know which ticket was ours. Terrible experience and based on other reviews, we're not the only ones who feel this way.

The food was good but the service was lacking. My friend and I went to this Bob Evans for brunch and we waited over 20 minutes to order our food and we waited another hour for our food. The wait time was horrible, but I understand since there weren’t a lot of workers that day.

I hadn't been to a Bob Evan's in forever. And this one hit the ticket. Waitress calling me Hun, Sweet Pea, and Sweetie. The comfort food for a dinner away from home. And even though they had put gravy on my mashed potatoes, when I asked not to, boom.... fresh helping and gravy free came right out.

I will never eat at Bob Evans again .we ordered 80.00 meal for 4 for Easter to bring it home cold never again .

My daughter ordered the turkey meal yesterday and it was the worst the turkey meat was like it was shredded instead of slices it was on top of the dressing and the dressing outside edges had pieces that felt like croutons instead of dressing the mill was kind of on the cold side it was ordered online for 4:00 I don't know if it happens setting or what I had ordered the food the holidays and it was very good the turkey was slices instead of bits and pieces the gravy was a minimum amount just barely enough to cover dressing and potatoes show her some exercise or something the price was outrageous 86.00 I don't know that I'll be ordering the mail again and it was an easy way to grab a meal for my family but maybe I should look elsewhere my daughter's name is Tasha Wilson and her sons and myself very disappointing

It’s nice place to come eat and relax no real negatives , just leaving room for improvement lol !!
