Service here was incredibly slow. The restaurant was not busy at all, we had refills 3 times before we even got our appetizers. When the food did finally arrive after about 45 minutes to 1 hour, it was cold, the avocado looked brown as if it had been sitting out for some time. The waiter was kind and nice so nothing on him, but whoever they have in the back definitely needs to step it up.
Just did an online order from our car for two salads and a large family size potato soup! We have waited a full hour for it to be ready!! My husband even went inside to pick it up . We have never waited this long for an online order. When he went in nobody offered a reason for the delay or an apology! I told my husband he should have spoken with a manager!!
I used to go to Cracker Barrel, but since they went downhill, this has become the best place for breakfast in my neighborhood unless I want to drive downtown.
Decent food with impeccably slow service. And when I addressed it to the manger he was like ♂️. Over an hour just for breakfast. And they weren’t busy. We will NOT be back
Bob Evans is the last of its kind. There aren't many family friendly places left where you can get breakfast all day AND the food is good. I love how consistent food is and it's always clean. if you like old-school breakfast (sausage, gravy, eggs, french toast, pancakes) this is the place. I personally don't think they have any competition. Bob Evans just has that old timey American charm. Sweet tea is good too.
No utensils, food looks terrible, the pancakes are flat and hard, serving size are skimpy. Not the spot for breakfast. Need new cook.
Food was great!! There's one think I didn't see on the list -pot roast-so good got to try it.. Service is also awesome!!!
