Refused to a seat in person customers, because they had to many web orders, asked of we had a reservation after we called and were told they do not do reservations.

Refused to serve customers because they were busy with web orders. Posted they were open, but not really.

Was a one time our go to place but tonight my wife's dinner was a disaster. Rolls could be used for gravel they we that hard, no refill on drinks and there was only 4 tables in use tonight. Would have been nice if they were able to at least take care of some of the bill.

Food didn't come all out together. Part of our guests got their order after others were finished. Food was cold.
