Bob Evans

First time there last week. I got the best salad I’ve ever had! I believe it was called the Wildfire Salad & half sandwhich lunch special. My meal was GREAT! Kids meals are good and I love that they have FRESH fruit as an option for little ones. My baby got grapes and cantaloupe & it was good fruit along with her meal. The only thing I would have to say is my mother got a meal with a side baked potato and her potato was burnt and hard. She couldn’t even eat it & I felt bad. But other than that I love the country atmosphere and the little store up front. Will be returning Kid-friendliness: Kids meal was great and they let the kids pick their own color straws which I’m sure is fun for the kids

Excellent food and customer service!!!

Every time we go here we wonder why we did. The food is hit and miss, as is the service. Last Thursday (2/22 5:30 pm) they were out of salads! The time before that when we went (1/19 at 5pm) they were out of Mac and cheese! Not planning on going back for a L-O-N-G time!!! UPDATE: I did contact Bob Evans customer service online, sending them a copy of this review. In response I got a generic apology letter thanking me for my continued support of Bob Evans. ‍♀️ No, definitely NOT GOING BACK!!!

We came over to this Bob Evans after another nearby restaurant had a wait and we had a gift card to try to win us back due to horrible service last time, including having a hair in our food. Absolutely regretted even going back to try again. Waitress was not great…had to ask twice for lemon for my water and had to ask if we could get our bread that was to come with our meal. Regretted even asking for the banana nut bread because it was doughy but we ate it anyway. Lunch came and chicken was like eating stringy rubber! Honestly , we don’t even know how to describe it other than absolutely disgusting! My husband’s fork had some slimy something on it! The manager said we could get another meal…we said no, we were done! Told him we were there because of a gift card we had because things were horrible last time but he could have it back because we are never coming back! He said he didn’t want it back. We got up and left and will NEVER be back! We felt so sick to our stomachs after the disgusting experience there!

Service was terrible. table was dirty. There were bugs all over. Food was cold. Took 10 minutes for someone to get us a table. We waited and waited for someone to get our order and to be acknowledged. Don’t come here…

Seems to have gone downhill. Ordered the new apple pancakes. Just pancakes with canned apples heated up and put on. Was expecting something special for the price
