Boardwalk Billy's Raw Bar and Ribs

I will be returning.

Visitor from out of town. Service was great. Food was terrible.

I tried to give this place a fair go, and it let me down. It took over 35 mins to receive our order on a Thursday. We had a burger/wings and a chicken sandwich. There were no table touches by our server nor a manager while we waited. Meanwhile, the other tables in our section were visited multiple times by the server. When we did receive the order, I could tell that my burger sat dying in the window. We were given no condiments until 15ish minutes after receiving it.For a place thats supposed to have good wings, they were alright. The burger was the best on the boardwalk ONLY because there's no other places serving burgers at this boardwalk. Girlfriend seemed to enjoy her jerk chicken sandwich, so that's a bonus. Would not recommend.

Great location and great service. Food, meh.

This is by far the worst service we have received at a restaurant in North Carolina. We waited 10 minutes for our drink order then another 20 minutes for her to bring back one of our drinks. Upon returning she explained that the keg was changed and that was the hold up but didn't even remember the other drink because it had been so long. There was no sense of urgency or updates throughout the process. Don't waste your time and go visit somewhere where service matters.
