BM Chen Chinese American Restaurant

I've eaten at this restaurant several dozen times. Tried a new dish this afternoon which was the almond boneless chicken. The chicken was cooked to perfection however the broth was the same as what they would use for egg foo young and I did not feel like it matched the dish. Pricing is acceptable. Service was slow. Given the fact it was lunch time should have been faster.

The food is excellent. However the server that they have which is the older Caucasian lady she's very rude and very slow. Each time I've come in whether it be with my friends or with my daughter they notice how she is. I will no longer be eating inside which means no tip. As good of a restaurant as this is I can't believe that she is the presence of this company.

Need some updates in the kitchen, food quality has lost something.

Deserved to be rated with 5 stars for its food. Offered wide selection of Chinese cuisine and the portion is relatively large. The price wise is considerably higher, in my opinion.
