Blendz Boba Tea Lounge

During our visit to Boba Blendz, we ordered two drinks, explicitly asking for one without ice. Despite the request, both drinks were served with ice. When we addressed the issue, the cashier explained that the owner permits either ice or less ice. Afterward, my drink was returned with less ice. A sign indicating this store policy would enhance transparency. Although the drinks and boba were satisfactory, the customer service fell short of expectations.

Terrible!! Don't throw your money in the trash! The preparation of the drinks absolutely tasteless, we ordered the large size and they fill it completely with ice, we were waiting for the New Year's Eve outside of westgate and we ordered with very little ice obviously because of the cold that was outside and the girl who prepared them was so upset that she took the ice in a very bad way and returned the glasses to half of the liquid, only the girl who was charging was kind but left us very bad experience buying in this place we paid $10 for each drink that in the end was as if we had bought the smallest and the flavor left a lot to be desired.

Went there to get 2 matcha matcha today, Ordered 2 large ones, one with boba one without. When my order was ready, I noticed there were no matcha ice cream and the 2 matcha chocolate sticks that usually comes with it, so I asked the server about it, and she said "oh the ice cream we have melted". I just think she was being deceitful, she should have informed me when I was placing my order, I would have change my order instead. And I paid for the price of the matcha matcha plus the 15% tip! I would understand if it was busy and she didn't have the chance to tell me, but seriously I am the only customer in there during that time! If you're thinking of going to this place, think twice, or maybe more. Save your money, go somewhere else who would be honest enough and will give you what you actually paid for! The Matcha matcha I got, was topped with a mountainful of whipped cream and a sprinkle of matcha powder and tasted like it was just made of blended ice with tons of sugar! To the management, you guys need to train your staff better!!!

Went rather late at night, like 15 minutes before closing. Super quiet at that point, only my group was in there, and our drinks were out barely a minute after we ordered. It could be considered a little pricey, but the drinks were delicious, so I consider it worth it, especially for the area. I would not recommend it for people who are sensitive to sweetness, as it is definently a sweet selection, however they have quite a variety, and offer small samples if you would like a taste. The customer service we received was spectacular, with the young woman who checked us out being very personable and sweet, especially so close to closing. She was honest about each drink and was able to help me choose the Strawberry Frescas, which is more of a fruity sweet than candy sweet, which I appreciated. It was also really light, despite being creamy (I was told they have a yogurt/cream base for some of the drinks by the lovely woman who made them, there were only two of them there). Overall, it was a 10/10 experience and I will be returning next time I am in the area :)))

Great service, great atmosphere, in those departments I cannot complain, however, the whole shop's purpose, boba, IS HORRIBLE. The boba itself isn't bad, but half of it was ice, and the boba bubbles were warm. Overall value for the price I paid was not ideal. For someone whose money is no concern to, I would definitely recommend it, but for people just trying to enjoy quality boba for a reasonable price, keep driving, you might find something better elsewhere.

Not much customer service- the employee is in the back most of the time so you have to wait a little while for someone to finally come out to the counter. I waited for the drinks a really long time. I almost thought they had forgotten. The mochi is $3 for one little thing so I wouldn't recommend purchasing that when you could probably buy a whole pack of mochi at the grocery store for that price. The drinks were very good, the store is clean and pretty.

A cup of subpar drink (which takes forever to make) here can easily cost you close to $10, and they have the guts to ask for tips at the payment screen. Stick with the populace that knows how to run a boba shop and make good drinks.

The establishment itself is so pretty and calming. There was only one employee so you gotta wait a bit to get service but it’s not bad at all, the drinks were made super quick. Speaking of drinks, their Taro is to die for
