Walked into a joyful work crowd and no wait on my order! Awesome job Blackjack

Ordered 3 pizzas today at 4:00pm to be picked up at 5:00pm. First the guy on the phone didn’t want to let me pay over the phone, but after I explained the situation I could. Then the people I had pick up the pizzas had to wait almost 40 minutes in store for my pizzas to be ready. Ordered from the Loveland location since I live in Johnstown. Such an inconvenience. The other thing that I find confusing is ordering in the app would have cost me $62 but ordering over the phone cost me $65. Curious wouldn’t you say. Might be a while before I give them another try.

Always good value for the money. If you like spicy, try their 505 green chili instead of marinara. They have several other sauces that you can inquire about We always ask them to cook an extra 2 minutes to crisp up the crust. They get it right all the time Vegetarian options: Cheese is not vegan, but it will be okay for vegheads! You can also order pizza with NO cheese. They have gluten-free also. Don't forget their desert selection. Highly recommended by Wendy as she gets the pizza "bones"

I went in today and had a non-typical request. They responded with smiles and great customer service as they satisfied my request quickly. Great employees and great customer service!

Writing a review for good customer service. They also have really good pizza in my view, so give them a shot. But I wanted to just give a shout out to this location for taking care of their customers. They were delayed getting me my pizza, I got a call from the manager before I called them about it and he immediately took care of the order and drove it out. They gave me a meal credit for the trouble as well. They actually care about their customers and the quality of what they are delivering.

2-8-24 He called and asked where it was and we told him it the unit number. We were about to say we could meet him outside somewhere and he hung up before we could finish. We were walking back from the hottub on the grounds, I got a notification that the doorbell had been rung (I have a ring camera) and found him within three minutes (the app notification said it had been 2) sitting in his car. I asked if he was looking for our unit, he said “YEA I WAS JUST UP THERE RINGING THE BELL” I asked him if it was everything after he handed me three boxes and he ignored me. I said “have a good day” and he ignored me. Someone do a wellness check on this man. He was far too rude over three minutes. Wish I could get a refund on my tip because he does not deserve one.
