Waited and stood in the line for 15 MINUTES before they gave me my orders. Seeing all the other patrons (who came after me) receiving their orders first, while I’m being ignored, was truly disheartening. Mind you, I did prompt for my order, but no one seemed to really do anything because they were not the one who took my order. It’s a flawed system that Walnut has (especially, when the rep who took my order forgot that she did). They also proceeded to give me the wrong cake order, despite the fact that I said it as per the label. The one rep then argued with me about it too. Haha who are these girls that they hired?! Then this rep proceed to leave me there without my cake (though I paid for it). Honestly, so disheartening. I had to ask another rep to help me with my order, who said, ‘Oh, I’m sorry, I thought you have been helped.” This has happened to me once, but I didn’t write about it, as it was not that bad. The delayed service also happened to another colleague at the office, but she didn’t report about it. So here I am, reporting it. Please change your staf or your system. (March 23, 2024, at 3 PM)
