I had a really bad experience at BJ’S today with an old bald guy, I was waiting over 20min to my order and even tho nobody asked who am I was picking up for I WAITED!! Everybody in the pick and Go section was just walking around doing nothing. After 20min waiting I asked this old bald guy for assistance and I told him I was waiting over 20min, that is when he comes up with a attitude to me saying I was not there waiting over 20min. He went to check for my order and that’s when he sees my order has been in there ready for pick up for a really long time. He didn’t even apologized! IF YOU ALL HAVE THE CHANCE TO GO TO ANOTHER BJ’S, GO! Don’t even hesitate!!

customer service takes too much time to solve the problems
I went to BJs in Weymouth this past weekend. I bought 6 packages of water bottles (40 count each). As I got to my car to put them in, David C. came up to me asking if he could help me. He put all of them in my car for me. I thanked him and told him that I was going to leave a nice review about him. He told me that it was not necessary because he was just doing his job and that he enjoys helping people. David is such a nice person and he is also a great representation of the employees that BJs hires. Thank you David C. for making my day! I hope BJs will recognize him for being so nice and kind.
Made an online order and scheduled pick up time at 7 pm. I was a few mins late because of work but when I got there Demetrius was so helpful and kind.
I enjoy going here. It’s always been decent. I can’t deal with self checkout. Get more cashiers!!!! I have been having to throw out a lot of food lately due to it not being good. The expiration dates are good but food is bad. Not sure what this is all about but the days of me going here are numbered. I will not even buy meat here anymore. Prices are rising fast as well.
I did an online order as I normally do and some thing I desperately needed was suddenly out of stock. I went in the store and I asked Joanne for help, and she got Tyler who went and located the product up in the rafters and brought it down to me I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service. These two should be commended for going out of their way ,above and beyond Great great customer service !!!!
