They have only two keys to their handicap carts, as a result they couldn't serve more than two people with disabilities even though they have four carts. For a store this size it is unforgivable
I had a very bad experience at Waltham, I was buying an apple Air iPad to my daughter as birthday gift, I was paid for it however the customer service said out of stock, and he approved to give me that display , however he can’t find any manager to open to me , then he told me come back next morning. I went back however the manager said they don’t allow to sell any display , also we’ve been checked this model is discontinued ,then I try to pick another one instead but it is back to full price, he/she said the promotion is over last day and can’t price match. I’m feel so frustrated how bad management they are, I’ve been a member more then 7 years , it such disappoint!
Never have I encountered such lazy, unhelpful staff in my life. I visited the Waltham BJ's store tonight, March 1, 2024, to purchase some beverages. One of the items I needed was on an upper shelf that was out of reach. As I was in the aisle, an employee named Vanessa walked by. I waved to her and asked if she could help me, but she ignored my request for assistance and just kept on walking and into a back room that was for employees only. After a few minutes, Vanessa came back out of the back room and again I asked her for assistance. She told me that she does not work the floor and that I would need someone else to help me. She said that I would either need to "wait around" (that's an exact quote) or come back the next day. I explained to her that there was nobody else around and asked if she could find someone who could help me. Vanessa walked off, claiming that she would try to find someone. After ten minutes of waiting and her not returning, I continued to do my shopping a few aisles down. I eventually spotted Vanessa again in another part of the store. When she saw me, she ignored me once again, probably hoping that I had given up on seeking help. When I approached her to ask if she was able to find someone who could help me, she said that she could not find anyone. Vanessa ignored me multiple times, essentially refused to help me multiple times, and even when she finally agreed to help me, she apparently just disappeared to another part of the store hoping that she wouldn't run into me again. I guess good help is hard to find these days.
Newer BJs with easy parking and easy to maneuver in store. Seems to have all the stuff u would want but no booze sold at this location. Best part it's is east in and out and open til I think 9pm or 10pm every day..
