Big store, obviously. They have literally most things you'll need; from toothbrush (first thing in the morning) to bedding (last things of the day) I'm not sure what those robots are supposed to do, and I'm intrigued. The in club express scan and pay is my go-to. You have a limit of 20 items max, but it's so worth it. I dont need to que and check out or use a credit card. It's so convenient, just like an online purchase payment. It also allows you to clip all coupons. I think I took enough pictures

This is no Joshua I’m mom I have problem BJ STORE the fat ladies with glasses CLERMONT florida she don’t wanna sell me the weather this is ridiculous I think she don’t wanna work because She’s lazy I come from I customer bj 1997 and she not wanna sell me three items I never problem to BJ store No This is my first time my card expired they never have any convenient when it expired, the first week in the next week. I get paid about my car, but this lady she think she’s the owner for the DJ store but she’s only employer people work over there but she supposed to sell water and two bottles milk. I’m OK I am happy to never buy anymore to the BJ store for the rest of my life I can go to COSCO SAMCLUB IM COUSTOMER 1997 Virginia Maryland Florida today eclipse day abril 8/2024 when one door Close three door is open. Thank you God for helping me always and I’m really really sorry BJ store because you don’t have a good employee.

I enjoy the deals, but the app never works! I always receive an error when trying to place a pickup order, I get logged out all the time, it's difficult to reset a password. I'm not sure who's running their tech/development program, but it's garbage. I'm on the verge of canceling due to the app not working or being reliable. Unacceptable.

Definitely will be closing this membership should had stuck to goin to Sam’s club they have better choices and prices are better. Went to customer service to get a card and Melissa G has a smart mouth she slapped my id and membership card on the counter as if i was inconveniencing her day There was one lady working customer service with about eight people behind me and she sat at the counter and was holding a full conversation with the customers with the whole lot of people. I definitely won’t be coming back. This is my first and last time ever shopping here.

Normally nice but right now at a slow time(230 Tuesday) there are no carts available for use, Unless you walk to the farthest cart return areas in the parking lot. Unacceptable for a club you pay to access.

Using coupons outdated & difficult. Just give customers the discounted price. Love the discounted greeting cards...check out is easy.
