Utensils were dirty and with sticky marks on them, we asked for new utensils which were also dirty, we had to use our napkins to wipe them clean. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting with food particles all over the sinks, like someone puked in them, and there was toilet paper all over the floor. Finally, the payment website does not work after scanning the QR code. Our server that was helping us out basically just shrugged and walked away after we told him the website wasn't working and we needed help. We waited 15 minutes before we just walked to the front desk to find someone to help us. Finally, the manager told us to use the app instead of the website. Never in my life have I had to download an app to pay my bill, however I would not have minded had it not been for everything else. I rarely leave reviews but this experience was genuinely horrific and I can only imagine the hygiene inside the kitchen. The special pizookie for Valentine's was the only redeemable thing of the night.

Normally have a great experience here with our regular server who is a nice lady that always wears a bow in her hair. She's A+. Problem occurred today at 3pm on 1/30/24. Lady at the counter asked if we mind sitting at a table, I'm with a party of 2 young girls and declined and requested a booth. Mind you it's 3pm and the place is literally at less than 25% capacity and tables are open EVERYWHERE. She then tells, I can give you a half booth and again i kindly ask for a regular booth. She then says we don't have the staff to serve you. Ok..... I come here at least twice a month and spend at least $100 each visit. You don't want my business cause you aren't able to provide the proper staffing to serve customers? Sure thing buddy. We left and haven't decided if we are going to return in the future. Good luck BJs having people like this at the counter who are ignorant and unprofessional. Added info : customer service was kind and offered to fix the situation with a gift card. I just hope they remove or upgrade the person who is greeting the customers cause she's the face of your business and has no clue how to handle her job.
Avoid the rib-eye and asparagus.
