Service and food was great. 1st time at this location. Went to one in San Diego.

The food was decent it was sweet flavors in odd places. Our order came out wrong and not all together. I was told how I got the rest of the old fries while they made new ones. So I got half now and then they brought the other half 15 minutes later. Service was bad, Honestly a meh experience. Maybe after this place closes we will get a better restaurant. Anyone could definitely find a better option.

Brandi the Bartender at BJ's in Tulsa is phenomenal serving exceptional customer service with a genuine smile. You can tell she has passion for her work. Come sit at the BJ's bar in Tulsa with Brandi I promise you won't want to be anywhere else.

Don't know if you realize it or not, but search worst ribs in Tulsa, you are #1 Be proud, also I read your reviews. Was gonna try it, but no thanks....good day

Sat there for 35 minutes, had several servers & managers pass us. Never was asked for drinks or even spoken to besides the girl that sat us there.

A Saturday night 7pm arrived, told 5 minutes wait time. 30 minutes we seated ourselves in the bar area. 20 minutes later we hunted down a waiter in that area. He said he was extremely busy but would be with us soon. I watched him he had 4 tables including us and 2 already had food. 10 minutes later he took our order. 25 minutes later food arrived. He placed it and didn't come back. Food was cold! I had a toasted club sandwich with asparagus. Had good flavor but cold veggies are the pits. Boyfriend had tri tip and Baby back ribs with asparagus and broccoli. Again all cold. Smothered in BBQ sauce. Boyfriend said meat was tender but the ribs must have been imported from Ethiopia no meat on the bones. I'm the person who takes a bite of my sandwich and puts it down when I have taken a bite. Waiter did show up halfway through our meal and asked if I wanted a Togo box. I said I wasn't finished. He returned later with our check. Never asked how our meal was or if we wanted anything else. Needless to say I will not return and no he didn't get any tip. Bad service, cold food. Try at your own risk.

This was the best anniversary experience we have ever had. Our server Janna was amazing and the manager came to check on us to make sure our experience was great! We will be customers for life! Thanks Lynn and Janna Parking: Great

Nothing bad to say about the food. It’s really excellent, and they have a huge menu. The service wasn’t that great, but we did go on a Saturday night and the place was hopping! We were told we would have a 30 minute wait, it was more like 45 minutes. We sat there for a good 10 minutes, waiting for someone to acknowledge us. I finally asked someone for something to drink. It got better from there. Still not great, but very doable. Don’t forget it was Saturday night and they did have several large parties, so I get that. As far as the atmosphere goes, it was rowdy, loud, tv’s blaring everywhere. We will go back, but not on a Saturday night. If you decide to go, don’t skip dessert. The strawberry shortcake cookie something, something is really delicious!
