Food is good, service is terrible. We were there tonight for 2 hours from 3:20pm to 5:20pm. Unacceptable. It wasn't a busy time and you see the server just chatting up with others workers.

All of it was so good the dip the soup and salad and dessert was sooo good

Wait staff is very slow & not very friendly. This is my second time here & service was the same. New England clam chowder soup was delicious but the burger had hardly any meat. Very disappointing for such a beautiful place.

Perhaps if you are only ordering snake food or fun food , your visit to the establishment is fine. However do not let the location of Orland Park fool one into thinking the food or service would match a more upscale restaurant. Perhaps in time food items served will match the cost. The quality of the signature food was not what I expected.
