Terrible customer service. It makes me sad because it was one of my favorite restaurants, I visited the site from DoorDash dasher to pick up an order and when I arrived I made a cordial greeting there was a group of four women talking I had to interrupt their talk to mention that I came to pick up an order, I did not receive any response from them they just gave me the order and I said thank you, they only saw me and continued with their talk I think it was disrespectful, not friendly, I will never return as a customer to this restaurant.

Before leaving I specifically asked the take out girl if it was spoons in the bag, she replied yes it’s forks in there; like who eats ice cream with a fork? I ordered the brownie PIZOOKIE & it wasn’t done! Reach out to the manager did nothing but offer to remake it after I already left. Horrible customer service

Today I ordered a take and my meal (ribs) were a bit on the dry side. For the price that I paid I didn't feel that I got the bang for my buck. After calling and explaining my issue, Anna (manager) Johne' and Mya made me feel so welcomed and explained to me that, no matter how much I paid for my meal B.J's takes great pride in their customers. They not only replaced my order but they also complimented me with a free strawbery Pazooke. Huge shout out to BJs in Newark California for the excellent service and food. GREAT JOB LADIES, and I thank you.

I love going to BJ’s. They have a beautiful bar, and I enjoy going there for games. They offer a variety of vegetarian options, like pizza and chips with dip. The drinks are nicely presented. I usually choose from the happy hour menu.

We had a great experience at BJs, our waiter German was very attentive check up on us often and very polite. My friends and I would definitely come here again!

German gave excellent customer service! He constantly gave recommendations and was very quick! He also consistently checked on us to make sure we were doing okay.

Love this BJs location, it is the best!! our server German gave the best service and was very fast. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. We ordered the salmon dish and it came out to perfection. I definitely will be coming back here!! 5 stars 🌟
