BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

When I arrived, I told the hostess 2 she said ok stand to the side and she gathered the menu and utensils. Showed us to a table but it was too small and we moved to another table. We set down, and it took about five to ten minutes to see the server we ordered drinks and a small pizza for an appetizer. We ordered our meals at the same time. Time from salads to app and then meals was well timed. The server was nice, but we had to ask for any drink refills and did not follow up after each table service from salad to app and then meal. I like the food, I feel the service could be better. I also feel that everything on the menu was expensive. Most meals are roughly in the low to mid-20s. Our check for small pizza, parmesan crispy chicken, and chicken parmesan with spaghetti was $100. with tax and a sweet tea and a soda. This was lunch and not dinner. I understand everything is expensive and if you don't like the price it is your choice.

Really enjoyed the food and the service. My party had the spicy chicken sandwich, pork chop, and chicken Parm. Each person said the food was great. Sadly the dip trio wasn't all that good and the Sriracha Queso didn't have any Sriracha in it.

Update - We had dinner on March 3rd and received outstanding service from Chris! The food is delicious when enjoyed in the restaurant. The quality and taste has gone down. We order from this location regularly and their food flavors are not good at all. The burger meat was overcooked and tasteless. The salad was not good at all.

Food was not fresh prepared. Aspargus and baked potatoes were reheated and tasted awful. The artichoke deep was also reheated, not prepared fresh. Drink was announced with fresh raspberries- it was just plain syrop. Each time I come to BJs food is turning to the worse.

We had Drew as our server. He is so professional, very attentive and courteous and considerate. He provides details on the menu features and encourages his customers to join the BJs Rewards Perks and talks about it. What a difference great service makes. He is a huge asset to your team. Easy to tell he loves what he does and shows genuine interest in his customers. Great job!

This was the worst experience I have ever had . BJs service and food has been steadily declining with each visit but this was the final straw. Went with the family for Valentine's dinner. Initially service was good. However food took almost an hour to come out. You would think the kitchen and staff would have been better prepared for Valentine's dinner. This was not the case. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana. The chicken crust ended being almost burnt and dry. Spaghetti did not have enough sauce. The biggest issue though was my husband's plate. he ordered the Surf and Turf. We advised the server that the filet mignon was to be medium. Steak came out rare. The server ordered another filet mignon. Again we waited for almost 20 min for the replaced steak. What came was not a Filet Mignon although the server tried to say it was. This was cooked well done and rubbery. How hard is it to cook a steak medium?? The manager had the nerve to ask if it was acceptable or if we wanted to order another steak. It has now been over 1.5 hours and still dinner has not been eaten. Manager said he would comp the dish. Although it appeared like he didn't care either way. We got the bill and they comped the wrong dish. They comped my daughters Filet Mignon dish (cheaper plate) and not the Surf & Turf. They also charged us for the steak they remade which was actually a Tri Tip. At this point we were tired and wanted to end the night so did not argue about the wrong item being comped. However, I do have the following questions which I believe are very reasonable: 1. Although eventually comped, why were we being charged for a replacement when the error was made by you, BJs?? 2. Why was the ordered replacement entered as a Tri Tip and not the Filet Mignon? and 3. Why did the server say it was Filet Mignon when it obviously was not???? BJs you really need to work on your staff and getting your act together. This is an establishment we will not visit again.

I just want to say whatever Brenda the manager is getting paid, double it. I have never experienced the amazing customer service I have tonight! The order that I placed online for carry out, when I got home was all wrong, the burgers were burnt, items were missing. When I called up and spoke to Brenda she was beyond apologetic! Offered to replace everything and offered a free appetizer, Pizookie and then offered to deliver the food herself! Let’s just say WOW! Restaurants need more people like her! I will definitely back! She needs to be recognized for going above and beyond for making everything right and then some! 10/10! Thank you again so much Brenda!

Great place for drinks and food. Pretty wide variety on the menu and of course fire pizookies EDIT: still good apps and food in general, but do not recommend the prime rib. Big waste of money and wasn’t cooked right at all. They say 12 hours and charge for that but I don’t buy it. Very disappointed for a birthday dinner. Should have gone to giant and cooked it myself.
