Jeremy Downey and Emily Tuttle Shell have designed Bistro V to offer "downtown" fare without the "downtown" fuss. Bistro V is conveniently located on Montgomery Highway in Vestavia Hills next door to Vestavia Hills City Hall. We offer Lunch, Dinner and weekend Brunch. Chef Downey’s menu offers dishes of fresh seafood and local and organic meats and vegetables. Some of our customers’ favorite dishes include Shrimp and Grits, Birmingham’s Best Oysters, Braised Short Ribs and the ever popular Farmer’s Market Salad. Comfortable dining, delicious dishes and attentive service is bistro V’s way of showing how much each customer is truly valued.
