Edited to one star : they are never open. Great vegetarian options. Ended up being so filling I saved some for the next day. You haven't lived until you've had breakfast sandwich. Dare I say better than breakfast pizza.

J'ai essayé le sandwich Barbacoa et il était délicieux, savoureux et génereux! Bel endroit à découvrir sur la rue Eddy !

The owner is friendly and sandwiches are tasty. He helped us with the menu and we liked his recommendations. There are a couple of tables inside and one outside but recommend it only for takeout. Kid-friendliness: Unfortunately they isn’t a high chair.
