Bird Dog Baking

I met a friend here for mid-morning coffee on a Saturday. Great location and atmosphere inside. They had a lot of savory selections but not many choices on the sweet side. My iced coffee was good and the strawberry rhubarb coffee cake was delicious! They got real busy so after we arrived.

Sesame loaf, Gougères, financier, are all very good.

Yum!

We love Bird Dog and are so happy to have them just a block away!!! Everything we've tried so far has been extra yummy.

Fun new bakery that offers fresh bread and pastries. They have a brunch on Sunday with a bigger food menu as well and they serve Hyperion coffee

The best bread place in Washtenaw. You've probably had their pastries at a couple of other coffee shops. Their high hydration sour dough breads are moist and flavorful. The only caveat is it's served only Thursday to Sunday and not on Wednesdays. Their pastries are also very tasty as well. A good variety of bready, cake, and muffin type pastries. Coffee is hyperion.
