Brisket sandwich macaroni and cheese and baked beans is amazing service was outstanding I only had $100 bill I was very pleased to see that they offered to break it cuz that's all I had cuz I went somewhere else first and they told me no I will definitely be back

First time here and won't be out last. It was wonderful.

Great rubs and beans

Average BBQ, not the best by far but not completely awful. My biggest issue was the service. We called to see about a wait time and the employee who answered told us that was was a massive wait and every table was full and asked us to just order to go. We ended up ordering it for take out with a pickup time 25 minutes after that phone call. When we arrived there was absolutely no wait and only 2 tables with people, every other table was empty. The dishonesty was upsetting but not the end of the world.

BBQ was delicious and I really enjoyed the banana pudding in the jar and the cherry dessert in the jar also.

Ribs was burned. Beans had no flavor. Potatoes taste bland. Will not go back. Vegetarian options: Fresh salads

Food was overall ok. Ribs seemed fresh. It was hot and tender. The pulled pork and sliced brisket was very dry and semi cold. I can't stand dry meat. The bbq sauce was ok, like mine with a lil tang. Mac and chz tasted like KFC. Baked beans and the polish sausage were kind of plain. I like the both of the potato salads but it was nothing out of the ordinary.

Called to place a large catering order. I had never ordered food for that many people, didn't really know how much to get. Derek was very helpful though and patient with my questions. Looking forward to the food and will update review after the event. Update: They didn't mention that the potato was the size of a fat chihuahua. We were worried that we didnt order enough food, but Billy Sims is not stingy with their potato and portion sizes, so we were able to feed everyone easily. We appreciate the on time delivery and great service! Will definitely recommend for catering.
