Bijou

Despite being the small, Bijou offers a little of a lot. Bijou opens early for coffee and tea service and stays up late for craft cocktails. In French, Bijou translates to “jewel, small with delicate workmanship;” however, the classic cocktail dubbed “Bijou” is full of bold and distinct flavors. We labor to follow both of these guidelines, making attention to quality and detail as important as the rich and adventurous flavors we create.
