Why in the world would I leave a $3 tip on a $9 order just to find out I have to spread the cream cheese on my bagel myself. Why isn’t it standard for employees to spread cream cheese?

Ordered online, walked over 7 mins later for them to just realize they had an online order. Sunset smoothy was perfect. Bagel was hard in some spots and seemed stale even though they just made the egg and cheese sandwich. It was hard to eat.

Service is always excellent!! I love the Red Bull mocktails!

The employee's were friendly & busy performing their jobs. I was waited on promptly & received my drink in no time. A very clean & well kept place of business. I go their to get my Frozen Caramel coffee which this place is the best at making. I would recommend them , you won't be disappointed.

My wife has been in here several times over the last couple weeks with terrible service. She was interrupted and told that she had to come in in order to place a large order. We were ordering six bagels with cream cheese from the drive through…. We were also told they don’t have tubs of cream cheese, which doesn’t make any sense. The person taking orders was excessively rude, interrupted repeatedly, was straight up nasty. Apparently, the management of this store is either not paying attention or lacks the resolve to train their staff properly. This was not a misunderstanding of the typical process, but was someone being rude because they do not like their job and should be fired.

I don’t know what is going on at this location, but the service is horrible. I decided to go back a week later to give it another shot and same thing. The person taking the orders seems bothered every time you pull up to the menu window…perfect person to have taking orders. The girl at the window (name begins with a K, wears glasses). She definitely hates her job so much it shows as soon as the window opens. This place is horrible, I’ll just go to union lake or the one a little down the street from here.

Hmmm... This Biggby has a small room that apparently can be used for meetings over coffee. That's thinking about your customers. Great idea.
