I started to go to this location around the fall of 2022 because I just got a store manager position at one of the stores in the mall and I have to go to work extremely early at least 6 AM and nothing is open. No Starbucks and I don’t like McDonald’s coffee so I tried Bigsby and first of all the service is not great you have to repeat yourself maybe three times, I’m not sure if the same ladies are working since that time but you could just see on their face they don’t want to help anybody they were angry tired I mean if you’re going through any trouble just stay home every time I go to this location they messed up my order no matter if it’s one coffee or 20 which I never order lol but I’m not sure maybe is prejudice I’ve told the manager a few times and still this is happened the last time I went in there. It was around 6 AM. I ordered an iced coffee and there was a black spec. or 20 which I never order lol but I’m not sure maybe is prejudice I’ve told the manager a few times and still this is happened the last time I went in there. It was around 6 AM. I ordered a iced coffee and there was a black specks in the coffee floating around. I told the gentleman. What is that? He emptied the coffee into a new cup and handed it to me. I said you got to be kidding me make me a new one and keep in mind it was only me in the coffee shop. It was empty. this was last year and I seen a ad about Bigsby and it reminded me I don’t know. I have to label this place has prejudice, borderline, racist, and rude.

I'll start by saying that I've been a Bigbby customer for a very long time. I've been going to this location for years. I don't buy drinks very often, but I religiously get my coffee grounds from here. For the last several months though whenever I go to pick up coffee grounds from this location, they're always completely out. So I then have to drive across town to another location even further away from my house to get coffee. I worked inventory management for a long time, so I get shortages happen, but clearly other locations don't have a problem keeping their stock of coffee grounds replenished, why can't this store keep up? On a positive note, every time I go in here, the employees are always very friendly and eager to help me. The last time I asked about coffee grounds, the two young ladies literally searched the entire store and every cabinet to make sure there wasn't a box tucked away somewhere. So I do appreciate them.
