One of the best bigbys I’ve been to! The staff are all so welcoming and so helpful. Always in a good mood. The owner is hands on and very intentional. They’re great!

Biggby Coffee is my favorite spot for a cappuccino fix. Their cappuccinos are rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make it a great place to relax and enjoy a delicious coffee.

I love Biggby. However, I was a bit ticked off this past Sunday to wait 20 minutes for 2 coffees; with three girls working and only two groups ahead of me (5 drinks between the 2). I had frozen groceries in the car and needed to get home. If I was stopping on my way to work, I'm sure I would have been late. There was way too much talking and laughing going on than waiting on customers. I'm all for having fun at work, but not at the customer's expense. I don't think this would have happened under the prior owner. This was my first visit to the Canton (Ford Road) location since new ownership.
