The employees were very sweet and kind, I felt very welcomed! They were also patient with me when I was trying to figure out what I wanted to order.
Open 24 hours perfect for late night coffee. Servers are absolutely amazing and very friendly.
Fast friendly service with a smile an amazing coffee
Asked for an ice water and they refused to give me one, only offering a really overpriced bottled water. I said no and she charged me for it anyway. Also ordered a super berry and they gave me something completely different. On top of that, I had to yell to get their attention just to get a straw because they weren't paying attention. Absolutely terrible service, definitely going somewhere else next time. They also didn't give me a chance to use my card to get points.
Coffee was great! They were slammed with business, but the wait wasn't that long because they had a runner come out to cars and grab orders and payment prior to hitting the window Dietary restrictions: Multiple milk alternatives as well as sugar free offerings Parking: There are parking areas available to use the walk up windows. Mainly a drive thru establishment. Kid-friendliness: Several options for the kiddos for refreshments
They make a mean cup of coffee. It's my daily stop on my way to work.
I don’t know if it’s just this location since I’ve never tried this chain before but both the iced and hot coffee tastes horrible here. I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha with cherry syrup and the coffee tasted very bitter for an iced white chocolate mocha. The hot mythical mocha tasted extremely burnt and horrible. There was barely any flavor to it. Service was alright as the baristas was friendly and helpful. Would not be buying any more coffee at least at this specific location. All the other small local coffee shops has great coffee.
The drinks are always amazing, but I’ve noticed that some of the workers at this location are not so friendly. Also, the last 3 days I’ve gone, I’ve ordered drinks for my husband and I and didn’t receive drink points for them. As a loyalty member you should get loyalty points with each drink. That’s 6 drinks I’ve got just in the last 3 days alone that I didn’t get loyalty points for. I’ve emailed them because this has been an on going issue and I’ve received no response. Love the coffee but irritated with the situation!
