Big Smoke Burger

YOU COULD DIE EATING THIS FOOD !!!!!!! Ok... Ok... Ok... Where to begin with this one... First of all, Asking how you want your burger cooked in Ontario, is straight up illegal... All ground beef must be cooked to an internal temp of 160ºF. and here you jokers are serving them as low as 135ºF (Yes I brought a meat thermometer) You might know this if you were from Canada.. speaking of fresh off the boat, it would help if the person you have taking orders, spoke English and had a clue about Canadian Currency.. I'm not trying to be racists, I'm all happy for people coming to Canada to make a better life for themselves and their families.. but seriously.. how are you working taking orders at a fast food place, and not know what a toonie, looney, quarter, dime, or nickel are... The food was ok. But definitely will not be returning, this place needs to be inspected by health Canada 110%.. This place should be shut down, and the owner should be fined, and never allowed to open another food related business, or they will KILL someone Period.

Service was awful after ordering, orders did not go in order and waited near 30 minutes for a burger and fries.

I often come to this place whenever I visit Niagara. Although, this time I came with my husband and we were coming from states . We checked online the hours of this location and it says close at 9:00 pm. We were so hungry and tired that we were looking forward to this place to eat. But, When we reached there it was exact 8:48pm which means 12 more minutes in closing. I went to the cashier and he told me that they already close. I showed him the time and he said it was hours of outlet not for this restaurant. Then, there was lady who came to me and said they close 10 minutes early. So, I said ohkay but you guys still have 2 minutes to take order and then she started making faces. They all were very eager to close. Never coming to this location again for their rude service.

Pulled pork poutine was delicious but I pulled out a short dark hair from the fries when eating and it looks like an eyebrow or beard hair…was not able to eat after that as I lost my appetite and had to throw it out :(

The worst burger I have ever eaten. Stay away! We ordered 2 classic burgers combo and was waiting for the food and sitting inside the restaurant. I noticed all of the workers in the kitchen looked so tired and moved so slow. I waited for 20 mins to get my burgers. However the burgers were cold and dry. The meat has no flavor. The fires were cut in small little pieces and burned. If I could give 0 star, I wouldn't give 1. Really not happy with the food and service.

Such a bad experience, burger was not cooked properly when I asked the if they checked the temperature of the chicken they said yes and it was saggy.

The burger and fries were at best.... average, for the price. I would've had a better meal at McDonald's across the street.
