Big Pauly's Wood Fired PIZZA

Fantastic food. Some of the best pizza I've ever had. We got the margherita pizza, kids cheese pizza, Mac and cheese, and the spicy sausage pizza. The Mac and cheese, I think, was homemade and not just Kraft Mac n cheese dumped in a bowl. It was wonderful and The cheese stretched when you took a fork full, so you know it's real cheese. The pizzas were way better than most. Everything is fresh and made in front of you. Thin crispy crust, not super thin but not too dense. A perfect combo of light but flavor full and satisfying. The spicy sausage was my favorite, great sausage and sauce. We're coming back for damn sure. I also really liked that the cracked red pepper and cheese shakers were slotted so you can actually get some out without shaking them 30 times. Vegetarian options: cheese and veggie pizzas. Even gluten free crust if you want it. Kid-friendliness: Yup.

Picked up the chopped salad for the first time. $17 and got maybe 1.5 cherry tomatoes . The lack of ingredients for that price was insane. I came home and added my own ingredients to make it more than a bowl of lettuce. Very disappointing.
