I ordered the Monster poke bowl for brunch. The bowl was good with fish, lettuce, rice and sauces. I paid $18 for the bowl.

It's a food truck. So either you eat it at their picnic table or else take it home. Fish seemed fresh. Everything was prepared the way we ordered it. If you want soy sauce, you have to ask for it.
