I've ordered so many times from there and usually the food is good one time I bought 2 orders of rib tips and one was very large pieces and was very hard I took pic showed mgr/owner was told by cashier he was giving me one free order he also said that I have to say small pieces but many times I've purchased them I never had to say that so the last time I purchased 2 boxes I took for granted that they was stuffed because cashier said he would give me one free but I paid for both I called left msg and home & cell # never got a returned call if he go thru his orders with Names Ann has spent big as I passed it on to family & friends so I don't patronize any more nor does my family & friends. Loss a good customer(s) on regular basis. Will Never Patronize that wasn't good business. I rated the food 1 should be 0 because of the last service that I received typically the rib tips are Delicious ! Sorry Ken you treated your regular customer bad on this deal Best Wishes and Much Success

Ken's barbeque was delicious, but customer service ( cashier) was rude and ghetto. My over all experience at Ken's Barbeque was great.

I had bbq whole wings, baked beans, and strawberry lemonade. It was good!

First time visiting. Listen. Big Ken and them know exactly what they doing! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Don't walk...RUN and get some!!! BBQ was AMAZING! I will definitely be back.

Best BBQ I’ve had is a while. Staff is amazing. You gotta try the strawberry lemonade. Amazing

My sister and I have been going for the last month and we get the wings on $1.00 Wednesday. They are amazing and the BBQ sauce is amazing. We go in and buy just the BBQ Sauce sometimes. My only qualm is the ladie at the cash register isn't very friendly at all. No smile, no communication with the customer. Makes me feel uncomfortable. 1 last thing, the fries need at least some kind of seasoning. Very bland and no salt or ketchup for them. This place is great otherwise

First time user, very pleased, professional, pleasant, and fast service. The food is wonderful, that strawberry lemonade was great.

I was SUPER EXCITED i finally caught this place open… when i came in the lady behind the counter and another customer going back and forth. (She also was rubbing on her stomach/ hand inside of clothes). The place kinda looks dirty inside and needs some TCL BAD! No smell of Bbq inside or out.. yet I still wanted to give this place a try .. when I received the food .. ribs tips fatty and huge/ potato salad was lukewarm like there refrigerator wasn’t working ,wings I had a bone in place of a wing… food was not Hot” at ALL” so I’m thinking is it a kitchen behind those doors to keep the food warm!.. KOOL Aid - was the best thing !! OH Mexican Corn was decent Really disappointed

The food is amazing but, for 3.50 I expected more than a spoonful of potato salad. Otherwise the bbq slaps

Big Ken, I placed an order this past Wednesday, 8/21/24, and was assured that when I got my order everything was in the bag, but when I got home, I discovered that I was missing my Peach Cobbler 🍑. Also, my full bbq slab had the fresh riblets on top, but on the bottom was burnt and old, unable to chew those riblets. I was highly disappointed. I bought a jar of your sauce, and in my humble opinion, you may want to add some citrus, eg.... orange 🍊/lemon/lime slices to it. Just my opinion. You have the closest taste to Greene's Alabama style rib sauce of anybody. Also, my daughter had called and was only able to leave a vm 8/21/24, and as of this date, 8/23/24, we haven't heard back from you.

I smell them grilling when I leave work but there is alway a line at that time. I stopped in this morning when they opened. I'm glad I did, I understand why they are always busy. The sauce is amazing!

As far as the food, The wings are really good and flavorful. The size of the wings are perfect and the BBQ sauce is the cherry on top. As far as the fries, they’re mid and could use some seasoning. Overall, the reason I gave this place 3 stars is because the inside could use some cleaning and updating and the attitudes of the ladies up front were very unwelcoming and unapproachable. If the owner would just address this, I think they have a good thing going.

Food Was Delicious 😋 Missing Potato Salad Never Been In Restaurant Barque Was On Meat I Said No Sauce!!! And It Had Sauce On It

I can’t believe I spent 30 dollars for the worst ribs. Whole slab is tough and dry.
