Came there by bus, i ordered a hot fudge sunday with pecans. I don't drive, i walked home to 82nd and rogers...only to find out they gave me s turtle Sunday. I am allergic to caramel. Called in to complain...i was told to keep the wrong sunday in my freezer until i come back.... This could be up to a month...bad customer service. I will never come there again. I'd rather stand in the cold at Leons.
If you're looking for a quick burger stop with phenomenal food and great custard, definitely drop in here. It's about a 5 minute wait to get your food after ordering. It's a maximum of a 2 minute wait to order. The staff is polite and accommodating, the place is clean and the ambience is excellent. I have not had all of their items, but the ones that I have enjoyed I've always been delicious.
I had the southwest burger and it was fresh and delicious!the service was awesome too! Parking: Small parking lot
Great burgers for a reasonable place, clean facility
Excellent food. Large quantity. I could not finish it all. Will be back sometime.
Burgers were squished flat as usual and my order of onion rings had a total of 1 ring in it, the rest of the "onion rings" were all 1-3" broken pieces with burnt ends from being fried (I've never seen that one before)..
I like Big Deal, locally owned, and employs high school age kids, but I'd like the workers to pay a bit more attention to quality. The burgers are often smothered in sauce to the point where a friend of mine had to ask for another, and I suggest they upgrade their buns. The burgers come with the cheapest buns available, and a better bun would help a lot. All These critiques notwithstanding, I really like this place, especially compared with the popular chain around the corner. Wheelchair accessibility: No steps, bathroom appears to be accessible.
Italian beef was pretty dam good definitely worth a stop
