Big Buns Damn Good Burgers

Great service and delicious burger and fries. The IPA was $2 off in their happy hour (which made me happy)! Definitely recommend if you are a burger aficionado.

I placed an online order for pickup here at 6:05pm. I received a text at 6:02pm that my order was ready. I arrived at 6:15pm and my order was nowhere to be found. After receiving no help from the front staff, I requested the manager, who took his sweet time getting out. He proceeded to not even apologize for the order and act like he was doing me a favor by giving me a gift card. He told me that “the kitchen was too busy” to make my food and that he couldn’t do anything about it. When I inquired further as to how a manager couldn’t adjust the order process, he told me to stop disrespecting him, rather than actually trying to solve the problem. This location has always suffered quality wise compared to other Big Buns, which has suffered from poorer quality and higher prices since Thompson Hospitality purchased them. This was by far my worst experience. Incredibly disappointed with the management (if you can even call it that) of the restaurant.

The name says it all. Juicy and filling these burgers have always satisfied me, everything is made to order so depending on the traffic you may have to wait but it's definitely worth it. They have an excellent selection of beverages from all natural juices to spiked shakes.

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled in this case. I’ve ordered from this location about 30-40 times. My wife and I love it. The food is always excellent. The store is always clean. But the real gem is the manager, Marquise. He is always working as hard as possible. He is always polite. He always goes the extra mile. If you are the owner of this place, I hope you know what you have here.

We’re new to the area and this is now our go-to burger place unless and until it is beaten. The burgers are so juicy and loaded with flavor, even when medium well done. I was amazed. The shakes were also delicious and even the kids’ cheeseburgers were delicious and perfectly sized. Attention to detail was exceptional, with the knife provided in each burger tray to cut your burger, loads of paper towels at the table, and thick straws for the milkshakes. We also saw a pretty cool, elaborate unicorn shake for a kids birthday and my kids were totally jealous. We’ll absolutely be back. Only downside is it’s on the pricey end. But the quality is worth it.
