Big Buns Damn Good Burgers

The worst burger I’ve ever tasted. I’m shocked they have 4.5 stars. My burger was cold, burnt, and tasteless. Extremely disappointed.

Not inexpensive.

Some of the best food I have ever had on my vacation, and when we had a issue it was fixed with not even an inkling of a reaction from the man serving us who kept a stern look the whole time but was one of the kindest and most respectful person I have met in the service industry. They make the Commentary next door look like a soup kitchen for the homeless, but with outrageous prices. Also if that serious guy is reading this he should smile more knowing by that you work at such an establishment.

I ordered online because I’m in a rush and I need to be able to run in and grab the food and go. My order was on the table with all the other ready orders but when I grabbed it, she said hold on you have a drink with that, I’m thankful she reminded me but then she kinda got a attitude and got weird and I was like do you want to check to see if it’s mine. And she was like no I just wanna make sure you actually got a drink with your order and you got the right one. look, I understand trying to help but don’t put the order there in the ready pile if it’s not complete. And then be all weird to the customer and make me feel like it’s my fault or something when really you’re just being rude when you didn’t complete the order yet and put it there. Or maybe just be a little nicer. When you tell me, I have a drink with my order, don’t look me up and down and have a weird attitude. Edit: honestly, not too impressed because I paid like four dollars for like the same size portion of a small at McDonald’s. And I feel like the bacon strips are kind of small for the size of the burger like come on everything should be proportional.

The BEST burger!! This is how a top tier burger should taste!!! Absolute perfection. Mmmmm And their chicken sandwich is also incredible! Love it

The burger really hit the spot - I didn't do anything crazy but one of the other guys got the chicken sandwich and it was flaming Also tried a Cookie butter + bourbon milkshake which was a great combo. All of it was a little more than I was expecting to pay for a lunch time venue but everything was awesome

Definitely, the buns are big, but the burgers are nothing close to being good... Paid approx. 40$ for 2 burgers and fries, and nothing I purchased tasted right. Burgers had really thick patties, making them flavorless. It was one of the biggest food disappointments I've had lately. Decent amount of food, zero flavor, lots of grease. Truffle fries tasted like paper. Not returning.
