Bianka Restaurant & Hookah Lounge BR

Tried to book a reservation online and the websites stated they will not be accepting reservations for Saturday. Mind you this was in the morning. The RUDE hostess told me I couldn’t dine there because they were full. I called prior and no one told me that. He said there was no wait and I can just walk in and get a table and hookah. DO NOT COME HERE !!!! RUDE STAFF!!!!

It was so bad I waited for food for an hour and it never came and the bartender said he will get the manager to get give a discount for the stuff we order and the manager never came I don’t recommend it at all

I was excited to go, but left less than impressed. The staff were really nice and the ambiance was good. But there were several small things that make me not want to go back. Drinks: I like my tequila neat, order came out with ice, instead of pouring another drink, they scraped the ice and gave it back. Red flag #1. Not to mention my second order also came with ice.. Food: out of several options, nonetheless it was average but definitely not worth the money. Overall it was an average experience, I was expecting a little more, but has potential.

Very POOR customer service. Waited for nearly hours and my party NEVER received drinks NOR our entrées. Management was unapologetic.....Do NOT recommend ‼️‼️‼️

Thank you Kimberly and Nick for making our experience so amazing. The steaks were delicious, the specialty cocktails were perfection, and the hookah was incredibly relaxing. Joey and I will definitely be back and bring our friends and family! We highly recommend Bianka Baton Rouge.

The service was excellent! The waitress (Bri) and coal guy (for the hookah) were on top of everything! I came to study and smoke hookah& the music was chill and at a good volume, and it was very clean and classy. I did not eat here, but the dining area looked very nice and clean as well. Great place to have a more reserved evening.

Kimberly, Sue, and Breanna were all awesome! They answered my questions with a great attitude and always showed positive energy while serving. The food was delicious as well! I highly recommend if you're planning to celebrate a special occasion to contact Kimberly and Sue, and of course please ask for Bre to be your server...no complaints!

First time visiting, went out with my friend & we had a great time. I had a passion fruit lemon drop. Pineapple head hookah. Hostess was Kimberly she was amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves
