Bianca Restaurant and Bar, a newcomer to the restaurant scene in Greenwich, has opened in a vibrant, intimate space at 30 Greenwich Avenue, serving a modern Italian menu with a twist — and with an emphasis on the cuisine of the Campania region and Naples. That bustling city is where two of Bianca’s owners come from — Raffaele Ronca, its executive chef and a co-owner of Rafele Rye in Rye, N.Y., and Rosario Procino, the co-owner of Ribalta in Manhattan. They have opened the 55-seat Bianca with four of Mr. Ronca’s partners at Rafele Rye — Ann Mara Cacase and Tim Cacase, and Karin and David Kulsar. Together they are bringing an authentic Italian flare with wonderful dishes and an inviting and jovial ambience to Greenwich.
