Please be aware that 75% of items are not available in dinner. The waiter was pretty rude and I had to walk out finally as they didn’t even had bare basic items from menu and kept on repeating that majority items are in lunch and not dinner. Plz try KASTURI which is next door and both its food and staff behaviour is highly courteous when compared to bhojohari manna. would ask people to highly avoid venturing into bhojohari manna (Dover lane branch)

Worst place to dine, pre cooked tasteless meals. Just wastage of money and time. No authentic taste. Worst

Terrible terrible service and behavior of staff alongside, they don't have most of the items listed. I have been eating in this chain since 2014, used to like it very much. Then shifted to Delhi. After long I came in this branch, it was literally a shock to me how and at what level it has deteriorated. They bluntly refused to give 1 PC of roti or radhaballavi, they said either take 6pcs or leave it. I, insulted, had to leave the restaurant. Even more insulted, I brought my wife and inlaws from North India to try here since I used to like eating here. I am a doctor myself, and felt insulted on the things happened here.

The restaurant is extremely understaffed. The waiting personnel are not very courteous or helpful. We ordered a fish preparation,Gurjali fish. The fish piece was extremely small. We ordered a plate of Butter Naan, but they said that it's not available, and gave a very silly explanation. And about the quantity, the lesser said the better.The fish finger is smaller than the size of an average person's index finger. Yet ,they dare to charge exorbitant prices and claim to be one of the best restaurant chain in Kolkata. I would not recommend the restaurant to anyone . I'm extremely disappointed.
